1. What is the main message of Group 9's podcast topic?
They disguss some serious problems in Taiwan caused by the express in recent years.
2. Did their show provide solutions to the problem? What are they?
They take CNN for example; CNN ,translated in 33 languages around the world, alway report the news equally and without bias. Beisdes, CNN never use exaggeration to catch the audience's eye. Perhaps our media should learn from them.

Some sentences were not loud enough.

They put some news happened before, and I really pay sympathy for those relatives, victims as well as criminals. All of them were forced and hurt by the express over and over again.
3.4 Was there anything that you didn't like about their show? What is it and why?
No, their show is good!
3.5 If Group 9 is given the chance to do another presentation, what would you suggest members of Group 9 to do to make their presentation better?
They could pay more attention on volume of their voices, and add some music.
4. What do you think?
4. 1 Search the Internet and look for the meaning of 'yellow journalism'
"Yellow journalism" is a type of journalisms that makes sensationalized headlines to encourage people to buy newspaper and uses exaggerations of news events, scandals and sensationalism. Some people refer it as having multi-column front-page headlines , such as sports and scandal; additionally, many bright colors might be used widely.
4.2 Would you characterize Taiwan's news reporting as a form of 'yellow journalism'?
Yes, whenever open the newspaper, I will always be appealed by some shock headlines or bloody pictures, some of which make me feel uncomfortable sometimes.
Before long, there was a student at Wenzao committed a suicide by hanging herself with ballet shoelace, and many media use exaggerative and horrible headlines to tell the public about this sad news. However, how about her family espically her parents? What should they do to face those unproven news about their beloved daughter? Although I am not very familiar to her, I still paid a lot of attention on her death because we had been in the same junior high school and I really feel pity for her. After browsing her friends' blogs, I realized how much they were hurt by those irresponsible news."A friend in need is a friend indeed." Her friends stand for her bravely, and correct the news directly, which is really touched.
Media in Taiwan should stop this culture as soon as possible.
