They analyze those programs. For example, Circus would cause some bad effects on children and juveniles; 大話新聞, arguing all day long, will ruin our peaceful atmosphere,so it makes no difference to watch it or not.

4. 1 Search the Internet and list 3 TV local (Taiwan produced) programs that are socially relevant. Describe these programs and give examples from their shows that support your claim.
(1)台灣演義。This program is worth watching because it will introduce some great people in Taiwan about how they worked, their growing process and the attitudes towards life. For instance, Chiang Kai-Shek, Wang Yung-Ching...etc. What's important, people can learn from them and lead us to the success.
(2)台灣誌。This is a program involving in traveling around Taiwan and discovering the different beauty as well as getting close to the nature.For example, Mt. Tai-Pin, remote mountain area and Taiwan black bear...etc. Modern people hardly have time to appreciate the environment around us; therefore, this program does us good!
(3)下課花路米。This program always introduce people local culture. The hosts will visit some temples, fishing villages or country elementary schools. What's more, it will also teach us how to speak Taiwanese fluently and some simple English.

(1)2100全民開講。I think politics are not so nacessary in daily life. What policians do or say usually makes difference to ordinary people, so I think we do not need to be provoked by them via TV, broadcast. Moreover, the policians always fight and quarrel on the screen, and it is a bad model for children.
(2)分手擂台。This program invites couples who almost break to try to persuade them to get along well with eacg other, but always in vain. There are usually physical attack or insult during the show. This may also set a bad example for the audience.Besides, the story is probably made up by the producer and the audience is cheated actually.
(3)整人專家。The goal of this program is to make the audience laugh by making a spectacle of someone. Sometimes they play joke on others to excess so that the damage on both mental and physical will be raised. After laughter, nothing left!
