I think Susan is brave enough to face others' opinions toward her no matter positive or negative; it takes lots of couragement. Additionally, she seizes each opportunity to show herself to the world to make everyone know her; she pursues her dream and lets her beautiful voices be heard. Undoubtedly, her dream is going to come true! Nowadays, Susan Boyle is a household name; maybe, there will be the company to help her release new album, and then make a fortune and live a better life. What's more, she may meet her soul mate, who admires her inner beauty.
This video compares before performance with after. Those audience and judges have different attitude to her; from teasing to appreciating. This part of video shows the common error that most people have--prejudice. This video is really the sobering one!
In my opinion, Susan Boyle can just keep her own dressing and hair style. Because that is real self. No matter how she looks different, people who love her will still love her, and vice versa. She doesn't have to change the appearance to cater to the public.

When Susan Boyle sang,
there was melody in our hearts.
Looking at her,

No matter how hopeless it seems,

Once she was changed, she may forget how to walk, sing, and be herself! Always living up to others' expectations is too exhausting!
